Plain English: Use the tools freely. Don't do anything illegal with them. We offer no guarantees of perfection. Your files and data are always yours. That's about it.

1. Acceptance

By accessing any tool or page on Runtime Hub (runtime-hub.com and its subdomains), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

Runtime Hub is a collection of free, browser-based utility tools operated by RuntimeZero. All processing occurs entirely within your browser — no data is transmitted to any server we operate. Current tools include CV-Go-Fast, Zippy, HeyC!, and Purify.

3. Free to use

All tools are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. No registration or payment is required. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future — any such addition will be clearly disclosed, and the core tools will remain free.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service:

For any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations
To process files or data you do not have the right to access or modify
To generate fraudulent documents, fabricated credentials, or content intended to deceive
To attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
To circumvent lawful digital rights management systems

5. Your data and files

Your data is yours. Because no files or content are ever transmitted to us, we make no claim over anything you process. You retain full ownership and full responsibility for any content you input and any files you generate.

6. Intellectual property

The Runtime Hub name, visual identity, and source code are proprietary to RuntimeZero. You may not redistribute the tools as your own product or service without explicit written permission. Tool output files (resumes, cleaned images, merged PDFs) are entirely yours with no restrictions.

7. No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any given time
All metadata or tracking data will be removed in every circumstance or file format
The output will satisfy any specific legal, regulatory, or professional requirement
The tools will function identically across all browsers, devices, or operating systems

If you require certified metadata removal for legal, forensic, or compliance purposes, verify the output independently using professional tooling.

8. Hardware and resource usage

Tools that use GPU acceleration will use your device's graphics processor and CPU intensively. We are not liable for thermal throttling, browser instability, battery drain, or any hardware limitation resulting from tool usage.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RuntimeZero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the tools shall not exceed zero euros (€0), reflecting the fact that the Service is provided free of charge.

10. Availability and changes

We make no uptime guarantees. Tools may be updated, changed, or temporarily unavailable without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time — continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The last-updated date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where RuntimeZero operates.
