Preparing document…

A simpler way to sign

Everything in one calm workspace.

Open a PDF, create your signature, place it on the page and export a signed copy. No account or file-processing upload.

01

Open your PDF

Choose a local file or drop it into the preview. Select a page from the thumbnail strip.

02

Create your signature

Draw by hand or import a signature image. Apply it when it looks right.

03

Place and save

Move and resize your signature directly on the page, then download a new PDF.

Private by design

Your document stays in this browser.

It just works inside this tab, like a native app. We don’t track you, ask for personal details, or need your data. Open a PDF, place your signature, and download your copy — that’s it. Your document stays on your device.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

Clear details about privacy, page placement and the kind of signature SignIt creates.

Does SignIt upload my PDF?
No. The PDF is read and modified in your browser. Its contents are not sent to a SignIt file-processing server, and the app does not save it to an account or cloud storage. The page still loads application code and libraries over the network.
Can I add multiple signatures or stamps?
Yes. Add multiple independent signature or stamp images to the same page or to different pages. Each mark can be moved, resized, or removed without changing the others.
Can I import an existing signature?
Yes. Import a PNG, JPG or WebP image. SignIt prepares a PNG and attempts to remove a plain light background where possible.
Is this a certified digital signature?
No. SignIt adds a visual signature image to the PDF. It does not verify the signer's identity with a certificate or provide cryptographic proof of document integrity. Use certificate-backed signing when those properties are required.

Sign a PDF online without handing over the file

SignIt lets you add a handwritten signature to an existing PDF directly in your browser. Open a document, draw your signature or import an image, position it on the page, and export a signed copy. The original file remains on your device while the signing workflow runs. It is designed for everyday document tasks where a visual signature is enough — not as a substitute for a certificate-backed digital signature or a qualified electronic signature.
